Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless received damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
